With an outstanding product, a large addressable market and a dedicated team this is a unique opportunity for the Marketing Manager to help build a high growth SaaS company and significantly increase the Colibo customer base and revenue.

 

To win the market, we are now hiring a new Marketing Manager to work out of the Colibo HQ in Aarhus, reporting directly to the CEO.

 

The Marketing Manager is responsible for generating leads for the sales department and help them acquiring new clients in the SME and public sector in our home market in Denmark, as well as through our agents in Scandinavia and APAC-region.

 

The Marketing Manager will be working closely together with the organizational peers and with both the product development team, and the sales team, to identify and facilitate the right product/market fit and coin the most optimal market communication.

 

Key goals:
  • Help deliver hyper-growth by paving the way for the sales organization, providing them the best leads and the most efficient market messages and the optimal marketing material.
  • Clear positioning of Colibo in the mindset of your target audience of CIO’s, CTO’s and CMO’s.

 

You:
  • You have extensive experience from lead-driven marketing in the software/tech landscape.
  • You have extensive experience working with inbound CRM like HubSpot.
  • You have an excellent understanding of technology.
  • You are well-versed in all necessary digital acquisition channels to generate leads.
  • You know your graphic toolbox and have the ability to create your own visual material of a high standard. The Adobe Creative Suite is probably your best friend.
  • You are flawless in written Danish and English.
  • You think about growth in all activities, systems and frameworks to connect the dots between marketing, product and revenue touchpoints and have a creative mindset for growth hacking.
  • You are a great team worker.
  • You have a strategic mindset, and love to get your hands dirty implementing it.
  • You demonstrate a "Getting Things Done" approach
