Kvadrat needed a digital platform to simplify knowledge sharing, internal communication and collaboration in the workplace. In July, the company went live with their new Colibo Intranet and gathered together almost 700 employees across 30 countries.
More dialogue, less emails
A problem for many companies is the ever-drowning email inbox, where the process of creating an overview interrupts the working engagement right from the early morning. To increase workflow, Kvadrat chose Colibo as a company hub and main entrance to their entire digital workplace.
Kvadrat needed a simpler way to share resources crosswise and allow bottom-up ideas to drive the company forward. The solution was to transform their email groups in Outlook, corresponding to their geographic units worldwide and nationwide, into digital communication groups on the new platform.
Employees are now working more closely together, and Kvadrat steps closer towards fulfilling their aim of establishing an atmosphere of collaboration and communication across the organization.
