On the 10th of October, Colibo arranged the second network meeting of the year. The theme was knowledge sharing, and 12 municipalities were present. This is a higher amount of attending municipalities than ever before, so the expectations to networking and sharing ideas and experiences with each other were equally high.
The day started with a delicious breakfast, followed by a presentation of Colibo’s roadmap the coming one and a half year – a roadmap which offers new interesting functions.
Colibo’s Customer Success team facilitated the rest of the day, which included an interactive discussion of concrete needs and challenges with internal communication and knowledge sharing in each municipality. The program also included a workshop; here the attendants got the inspire each other with the best practices they have acquired with the Colibo platform.
Also, professor Peter Kastberg from Aarhus University did a presentation about knowledge sharing. The presentation touched upon the importance of understanding the receiver of a message or a piece of news, so the message becomes relevant for the recipient. This is highly relevant for complex organisations that use an intranet, where new information always is available. The attendees went home with new inspiration on how to communicate better with their co-workers on the intranet.
The day ended with high spirits and drive for moving on with internal communication, knowledge sharing and interdisciplinary cooperation in the municipalities. At Colibo, we got a lot of relevant and essential feedback regarding the further development of the Colibo platform.
A big thank you to all the attending municipalities, which contributes with a great commitment to every network meeting.
We are looking forward to the next network meeting!
